About Pathways to Home

 Our aim is to support and accommodate vulnerable families in the community that is on the verge of homelessness by providing them with secure semi - supported accommodation with CCTV. We promote pathways into independent living for mothers that are 18+ in the West Midlands. There is a lot of thought and care put into every item of accommodation we offer to these families. By ensuring we offer the best accommodation, this will give the families we wish to support the best outcome for their mental and physical health.  Our company strives to help single mothers to become more independent using a person-centered approach. We intend to work with each individual through key worker sessions to build on both strengths and weaknesses.  Helping these families get access to better temporary accommodation will help improve their mental and physical health.

We offer a range of support such as housing, benefits, financial coaching and confidence building. These services are designed to help clients overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals.
